It's an awfully frustrating position. I can't do anything to contribute to the return of normality except stay at home and wait for a vaccine to become available to my demographic, and it's infuriating to see both reluctance among even medical professionals to receive the vaccine, people who have directly relevant education and training about how vaccines work and who have absolutely no excuse for indulging in conspiracy theories and hogwash about what the vaccine secretly is or isn't. It's also infuriating to see, day to day, evidence that people aren't taking the precautionary measures designed to limit the spread seriously. I'm not seeing it directly, but the numbers continue to spiral upwards where previously they weren't doing so. I get that it's difficult to commit to indefinite isolation day after day after day, but I'd like there to still be a world left to get back to when all is said and done.
